1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of OtakuGraph at otakugraph.com, operated by [OPERATOR NAME] ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use OtakuGraph.

2. What OtakuGraph is

OtakuGraph shows anime episode, season and series ratings, including the OtakuGraph Score, our own score computed from third-party rating data and our editors' curation. Scores are for information and entertainment. They are not official ratings from any studio, broadcaster or rating platform, and may contain errors or change over time.

OtakuGraph is not affiliated with or endorsed by MyAnimeList, IMDb, OMDb, Tenrai, or any studio or streaming service. All anime titles, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old, and older if your country's law requires it to use online services without parental consent.
• Keep your sign-in details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate others or OtakuGraph staff.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

4. Contributions

When you submit data (suggested edits, error reports):

• You need a verified email address and to have confirmed you are 13 or older. There are daily limits on how many suggestions and reports you can send.
• You confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it. Don't copy protected text or images you don't have rights to.
• Contributions may be reviewed, edited, rejected or reverted by OtakuGraph admins and co-workers.
• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, modify, publish and distribute your contributions as part of OtakuGraph. Facts themselves (like air dates or scores) aren't owned by anyone.
• Your edit history may be kept after you delete your account, without your identity (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Acceptable use

Don't:

• submit false, misleading, vandalising or spam data;
• attempt to manipulate the OtakuGraph Score;
• scrape or bulk-download the site in a way that harms its performance, or bypass rate limits or security measures;
• probe, attack or disrupt the site or its users;
• use the site to break any law or infringe anyone's rights.

6. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on OtakuGraph infringes your copyright, email contact@otakugraph.com [CHECK: set up this mailbox] with: the work concerned, where it appears on OtakuGraph (URL), your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
